Kyle is a seasoned development professional with 15+ years of experience delivering complex construction and real estate projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. He is a Development Manager at Seneca Group, where he applies his expertise in project management, construction oversight, and stakeholder coordination to guide projects from concept through completion. Since joining the firm in 2025, Kyle has contributed to the successful delivery of high-impact developments throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to Seneca Group, Kyle spent eight years with a Seattle-based real estate developer and property manager, where he played a key role in a diverse portfolio of high-profile corporate, civic, residential, retail, and mixed-use projects. His experience includes work on the $2B Washington State Convention Center expansion, the Epiphany School campus development, the 900 Olive residential project, and the W1000 office project, demonstrating his ability to manage large-scale and technically complex developments.

Earlier in his career, Kyle spent six years at Turner Construction, where he developed a strong foundation in construction management, field operations, and project delivery. His background across both general contracting and development environments enables him to effectively align design, construction, and ownership goals, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of Washington.
