Katie is a strategic healthcare development leader who uniquely blends clinical planning expertise, design and construction knowledge, and real estate strategy to deliver complex projects with precision and efficiency. As a Development Manager at Seneca Group, she specializes in complex healthcare development, medical planning, and project delivery. With more than 20 years of project management experience, Katie leads large-scale hospital and clinic projects from early strategy through execution, consistently delivering on time, under budget, and with measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
Katie combines deep expertise in interior architecture, design, and construction with a strong foundation in real estate strategy, due diligence, and feasibility planning. She is known for translating complex clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable plans. Her work emphasizes process optimization, sustainability, and high-performance care environments, while aligning multidisciplinary stakeholders, including healthcare providers, developers, designers, contractors, investors, and regulatory agencies.
Before joining Seneca Group in 2025, Katie served as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE on the Strategy and Planning team, where she led major healthcare real estate initiatives and partnered with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels. Earlier in her career, she held project management and design roles with SKB Architects, Callison, and NBBJ, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of hospital and clinic facilities across the Pacific Northwest and North America. She also founded and led a successful event design and management company, further strengthening her leadership, operations, and client service capabilities.
She is recognized for her strategic problem solving, collaborative leadership style, and ability to guide complex projects from vision to delivery while fostering strong, lasting client partnerships.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with minors in Graphic Design and Spanish Language and a Master of Architecture from the University of Idaho.
