Joe Neuzil is a development professional and licensed Professional Engineer with expertise spanning engineering, construction, and large-scale real estate development. As a Development Manager at Seneca Group, he supports the delivery of complex corporate projects, including Amazon Tower 2, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to project execution.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Joe led development projects across the country for Brookfield Properties, overseeing projects from acquisition and entitlement through construction and stabilization. His experience includes large-scale mixed-use, residential, retail, and master-planned developments, with responsibilities spanning financial modeling, permitting, consultant management, public-private partnerships, and project delivery.

Earlier in his career, Joe worked as a civil engineer and project manager for major developments throughout the Seattle region and gained hands-on construction experience with Lease Crutcher Lewis on high-profile commercial projects, including Amazon developments in downtown Seattle.

Joe is known for aligning technical, financial, and operational priorities, helping project teams navigate complexity, manage risk, and maintain momentum from planning through delivery.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
