Nicky Kamemoto-Lyons

Development Manager

Nicky is currently delivering on tenant improvement projects for commercial office clients like Meta and Amazon, in addition to leading private K-12 education projects. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Nicky worked for architectural firms in New York and Seattle and was most recently the owner of a design and construction consultant firm. She brings over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, primarily working on commercial, retail, residential and industrial projects.

Nicky holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.
