Kyle Acheson

Development Manager

Kyle joined Seneca Group in 2025, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in project management and construction to his Development Management role. Prior to joining us, Kyle worked 8 years at a Seattle-based developer and manager of commercial, residential, retail and mix-use properties. He worked on the $2B WA State Convention Center, Epiphany School campus development, the 900 Olive residential project and the W1000 office project. He also worked 6 years at Turner Construction.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate, both from University of Washington.
