Joe Neuzil

Development Manager

Joe joined the Seneca Group Team in 2025, bringing 10+ years of experience in project management, civil engineering services and consulting to his Development Management role. Prior to joining us, Joe was a Development Manager for Brookfield Properties working primarily in residential, mixed-use and master plan development projects. He managed a team of consultants from due diligence through permitting, worked closely with the state and local AHJs, and oversaw strategic partnerships, construction and stabilization efforts. Prior to Brookfield, Joe worked as a Civil Engineer for KPFF, providing civil engineer design services, project management and development consulting for real estate projects in Western Washington with a focus on downtown Seattle. He also worked for Lease Crutcher Lewis as a Project Engineer.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
