Michael is a project leader with a strong foundation in real estate development and engineering, known for delivering complex projects for institutional clients with precision, technical insight, and cross-functional coordination. He joined Seneca Group in 2024, where he focuses on delivering complex projects for large, institutional and corporate clients. He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning real estate development, engineering, and large-scale project execution.

Prior to Seneca Group, Michael spent six years at Aegis Living, where he led the development of multiple assisted living and memory care facilities across Washington and California. His work involved managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality healthcare housing solutions in regulated environments.

Earlier in his career, Michael worked for four years as a civil design engineer at Magnusson Klemencic Associates (MKA), supporting a diverse portfolio of global architectural and landscape-driven projects. His engineering experience provides a strong technical foundation that informs his approach to project management, design coordination, and problem-solving.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he was a member of the Huskies football team. He was voted Team Captain and recognized as KING 5 TV’s Most Improved Offensive Player in 2008.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from University of Washington.
