Ralph is a seasoned real estate development professional with nearly two decades of experience leading complex development projects from early strategy through completion. Since joining Seneca Group in 2025, he has supported East Coast clients by providing leadership across project strategy, team coordination, budgeting, scheduling, design management and construction execution.

Throughout his career, Ralph has contributed to the entitlement and delivery of more than $800 million in multifamily, hospitality, office, mixed-use, and public-private partnership developments throughout the Washington, DC region. His experience spans architecture, real estate finance, and development management, providing a comprehensive perspective on the development process and the factors that drive successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Ralph held leadership roles with Donohoe Development, Urban Atlantic and Washington REIT, where he successffully advanced complex projects by aligning investor objectives, stakeholder interests, and project execution strategies.

Ralph holds a Bachelor in Architecture from Ecole Speciale d’Architecture in Paris and a Master in Real Estate, Finance Track, from Georgetown University.
