In addition to her project responsibilities, Natalia plays a key role in business operations, providing administrative support that enhances overall organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Natalia worked in Healthcare Research, where she developed a strong analytical foundation and data-driven approach. She now leverages that experience to support the executive team with reporting and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Natalia also manages team software systems and calendars, helping maintain alignment, productivity, and operational continuity. She is widely recognized for her attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Public Health from the University of Washington.
