Connor is a development manager with 10+ years of experience spanning architecture, engineering, construction, and project delivery. He specializes in complex ground-up developments and interior buildouts, bringing a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to guiding projects from planning through occupancy.
Since joining Seneca Group in 2025, Connor has supported the delivery of corporate projects, leveraging his technical background and construction expertise to align stakeholders, manage risk, and drive successful outcomes. He is known for building strong relationships, navigating complex challenges, and maintaining project momentum in fast-paced environments.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Connor served as a Project Manager with JLL’s Project Development & Services team, where he managed projects and multi-site programs across the Seattle region. His responsibilities included project planning, budgeting, scheduling, consultant procurement, risk management, and construction oversight across a diverse range of clients and asset types.
Earlier in his career, Connor spent seven years with M.A. Mortenson, contributing to large-scale healthcare, higher education, life sciences, and renewable energy projects. His portfolio included the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility, a $1 billion federal biosecurity research campus; Kaiser Permanente’s Ambulatory Surgical Center in Everett; Everett Community College’s Cascade Learning Resource Center; and several utility-scale solar energy facilities. Throughout these projects, he led multidisciplinary teams and managed specialized scopes including building enclosures, interiors, medical equipment, quality control, and commissioning.
Connor holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
