Lakeside School sought to modernize its Middle School facilities to better support evolving theatre, music, and academic programs while maximizing the value of existing campus assets. The project required reconfiguring existing spaces, improving acoustical separation between classrooms and performance areas, upgrading aging theatre infrastructure, and integrating new technologies within an occupied school environment. Balancing educational priorities, schedule constraints, and ongoing campus operations added further complexity.

Building on a relationship that began with the school’s first Middle School renovation in 2000, we partnered with Lakeside to plan and manage the modernization effort. Our team coordinated design, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and construction activities while guiding the integration of new rehearsal spaces, acoustical improvements, theatre upgrades, and interior renovations. Through careful stakeholder coordination and phased implementation, we helped create a more functional and adaptable environment while minimizing disruption to students and faculty.
