We provided comprehensive project management services, overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, design management, construction administration, and stakeholder communication. Acting as Seattle Prep's representative, we guided the project from concept through completion while maintaining alignment with cost, schedule, and program objectives.

We worked closely with the design team to ensure building systems supported the unique acoustical, theatrical, educational, and liturgical requirements of the facility. Our oversight helped balance performance, flexibility, occupant comfort, and long-term operational efficiency.

We coordinated occupancy planning, furniture and equipment installation, and facility readiness activities to support a seamless transition into the new chapel, theater, commons, and classroom spaces. Our approach helped ensure the facility was fully prepared to support students, faculty, and community events from day one.

We proactively managed risks associated with complex excavation, shoring adjacent to an occupied historic structure, budget and schedule performance, and stakeholder coordination. Through continuous monitoring and disciplined project controls, we helped maintain project momentum and successfully deliver this transformative campus facility.
