Ralph Choueiri

Development Manager

Ralph joined Seneca Group in 2025 and is focused on projects for our East Coast clients. Prior to joining us, he worked 10+ years in development management in the Washington, D.C. area for developers and REITs in the DMV. He has managed complex, high-profile real estate projects including multifamily residential, mixed-use, office and hospitality projects. Ralph has a solid background in guiding projects from advisory through transition to occupancy, leading project management, financial analysis, transaction oversight and stakeholder management. He has expertise in financing, entitlement processes, design, value engineering and construction, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality. Ralph also worked 5 years for an architecture firm in NYC.

Ralph holds a Bachelor in Architecture from Ecole Speciale d’ Architecture – Paris. He has a Master in Real Estate, Finance Track, from Georgetown University.
