Connor Schneider

Development Manager

Connor joined the Seneca Group Team in 2025, bringing 10+ years of experience in construction management to his Development Management role. Prior to joining us, Connor was a Project Manager at Swinerton Builders, leading a healthcare portfolio of projects in occupied facilities and successfully delivering 40+ complex projects. Prior to Swinerton, he was an Assistant Project Manager at Sellen Construction where he worked on both commercial and healthcare projects of varying sizes.

He holds a Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, all from Washington State University.
