About
Alisa is an Associate Principal specializing in the delivery of large-scale headquarters, workplace, and research environments. Since joining Seneca Group in 2017, she has led complex development and tenant improvement projects for major technology clients including Amazon, Meta, and a confidential gaming company. Her experience spans more than 3M SF of corporate office and R&D space, guiding projects through feasibility, design, permitting, construction, and occupancy. She currently serves as project lead for Meta’s Classic Campus renovation in Menlo Park.
Alisa has successfully delivered projects with demanding operational requirements, extensive stakeholder involvement, and sophisticated design and technical considerations. Her portfolio includes campus planning, branded workplace environments, executive and conference centers, secure technical facilities, mission control environments, service laboratories, and specialized research spaces. She has also supported campus development projects for Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences, bringing experience across workplace, research, and academic environments.
With a background in structural engineering, Alisa brings a rigorous technical perspective to project leadership. She excels at navigating permitting challenges, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and helping executive stakeholders make informed decisions by clearly communicating project risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs. Her ability to balance design intent, technical requirements, and business objectives has made her a trusted leader on some of Seneca Group’s most complex assignments.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Alisa served as a Structural Project Manager with DCI Engineers, where she managed commercial office, retail, renovation, and ground-up construction projects. This foundation continues to inform her practical and detail-oriented approach to development and project delivery.
Alisa holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
