Michelle is a project manager and former structural engineer with over 11 years of experience leading complex projects through expert design coordination, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. She joined Seneca Group in 2024, bringing a strong background in project management, project support, and design coordination within the built environment. Her multidisciplinary experience and technical expertise enable her to deliver complex projects efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Michelle was a licensed structural engineer, managing projects across multiple sectors, including office, cultural, and residential/hospitality developments. She has worked with high-profile clients such as the University of California San Diego, Meta, and Amazon, demonstrating her ability to operate at scale across both institutional and corporate environments.

Michelle began her career in Dallas before relocating to Seattle, where she worked at a leading structural engineering firm. Her combined experience in engineering and project management allows her to bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring projects align with technical requirements, stakeholder expectations, and overall client objectives.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
