He is Development Manager with over 13 years of experience in real estate development, healthcare construction, and capital project delivery. Since joining Seneca Group in 2020, he has focused on large-scale capital initiatives for Seattle Children’s Hospital, contributing to complex healthcare environments that demand precision, compliance, and operational continuity.
Michael has a strong background in healthcare real estate and medical project management, with experience spanning Washington and California. He played a key leadership role in the expansion of the Seattle Children’s Hospital campus, a 310K SF development that included critical facilities such as operating rooms and cath labs, a cancer and infusion center, inpatient pharmacy, laboratory, and sterile processing services. His work emphasizes coordination across clinical stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
Prior to Seneca Group, Michael held project management and advisory roles at Healthcare Realty and CBRE. As a Regional Project Manager at Healthcare Realty, he managed diverse healthcare projects across multiple states and jurisdictions. At CBRE, he was part of the Healthcare Program Solutions team, where he provided strategic real estate advisory and led the design and delivery of inpatient and outpatient facilities nationwide. His experience includes specialized expertise in sterile compounding compliance and pharmacy infrastructure within healthcare systems.
