Ed is a construction and development professional with a strong track record in delivering complex tenant improvement and ground-up projects across corporate, residential, and healthcare sectors. Since joining Seneca Group in 2020, he has focused on delivering corporate office tenant improvement projects for major technology clients, supporting project execution from planning and permitting through construction, commissioning and closeout.

Ed has managed workplace projects for clients including Meta and Pokémon, leading day-to-day coordination among project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. His experience includes multiple projects within Bellevue’s Spring District, where he oversaw design and construction activities, permit management, schedule tracking, MEP commissioning, and coordination with local jurisdictions to support successful project delivery.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Ed worked in New York City with Colliers International, serving on an owner’s representative team managing large-scale rehabilitation projects and luxury residential developments. Earlier in his career, he worked for Brinkman Construction, contributing to a diverse portfolio of ground-up and renovation projects, including commercial office, senior living, restaurant, and medical office facilities. His combined experience across ownership, consulting, and construction environments allows him to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality projects with a focus on efficiency, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in both Construction Management and Business Administration-Accounting from Colorado State University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
