Connor Schneider is a seasoned construction and development management professional with over 11 years of experience delivering complex healthcare, research and commercial projects. Bringing a builder’s perspective and technical rigor to development management, he specializes in navigating challenging existing conditions, occupied environments, and accelerated schedules while protecting client interests and maintaining project momentum.
Connor joined Seneca Group in 2025, leveraging a unique combination of construction management expertise and architectural training to guide projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout. Known for his technical rigor, transparency, and collaborative approach, Connor excels at helping teams navigate unforeseen challenges by developing clear, risk-mitigated solutions in partnership with clients, designers, and contractors.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Connor served as a Project Manager at Swinerton Builders, where he led a healthcare portfolio for clients including Providence Swedish, Kaiser Permanente and PeaceHealth, delivering more than 40 complex projects – many within occupied healthcare environments. Earlier in his career, he spent 7 years with Sellen Construction, contributing to a diverse range of commercial and healthcare projects in the Pacific Northwest.
Connor specializes in large-scale projects with challenging existing conditions and accelerated timelines. He is known for navigating unforeseen field issues by developing clear, risk-mitigated solutions in collaboration with design and trade partners. His ability to lead diverse teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and maintain transparency throughout the construction process enables clients to move forward with confidence.
He holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Architecture from Washington State University.
