Sarah is a seasoned construction and project management leader with over 14 years of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across the Washington Metropolitan Area. She joined Seneca Group in March 2025, bringing a diverse background shaped by roles at a real estate private equity firm, an advisory and program management consulting firm, and an award-winning, locally owned general contractor recognized for landmark projects throughout the DC area. Her cross-sector experience enables her to navigate projects from both an ownership and execution perspective, aligning strategic objectives with on-the-ground delivery.

Over the course of her career, Sarah has successfully led multidisciplinary design and construction teams on projects totaling more than $700 million. She is known for her ability to drive collaboration among stakeholders, manage complexity, and deliver results that meet both financial and operational goals.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Bucknell University.
