Marika is a proposal and marketing operations specialist known for her ability to synthesize complex information, streamline processes, and deliver high-impact business development content. Marika joined Seneca Group in 2024 and plays a central role in managing and optimizing the firm’s proposal development process. She is responsible for coordinating complex inputs across teams, synthesizing information from fast-moving stakeholders, and producing clear, compelling proposals that support business development efforts. Known for her ability to extract key insights from busy subject matter experts, Marika excels at translating technical and strategic content into concise, high-impact narratives.

Prior to Seneca Group, Marika was a Marketing Coordinator at Arup, where she led proposal management efforts, executed marketing automation campaigns, and supported business development initiatives across diverse sectors and geographic regions. Her work contributed to streamlined marketing operations and improved pursuit outcomes.

Earlier in her career, Marika worked with the Clemson University Research Foundation, where she developed marketing collateral, curated and analyzed daily social media content, and implemented strategies to increase web traffic and engagement.

With a strong foundation in proposal strategy, content development, and marketing operations, Marika is a critical contributor to Seneca Group’s business development team, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all pursuits.

Marika holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University.
