She plays a critical role in the day-to-day functioning of Seneca Group, overseeing the firm’s internal accounting while also supporting key operational areas, including client reporting and human resources. Known for her precision, reliability, and structured approach, Madhavi ensures that internal systems run smoothly and accurately, enabling the broader team to operate efficiently.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Madhavi built a strong foundation in accounting through her work with several Seattle-based public accounting and tax firms, as well as in internal accounting roles within small private-sector businesses. This diverse experience gives her a well-rounded perspective on financial management, compliance, and operational processes.

While she primarily works behind the scenes, Madhavi is integral to the firm’s success—bringing consistency, accuracy, and operational stability to every aspect of her work.

Madhavi holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Biotechnology from University of Delaware.
