She manages core office functions including calendar coordination, event planning, and administrative support, while also overseeing daily hospitality services such as providing breakfast and organizing catering for in-office events. Lai ensures operational continuity by maintaining office supplies, managing vendor and office accounts, and serving as the primary liaison with building management and security. She also handles access control, including issuing and maintaining building access cards.
