About
Kendall joined Seneca Group in 2026 as Associate Principal, bringing 15+ years of experience delivering technically demanding healthcare facilities from feasibility and planning through construction and closeout. At ZGF Architects, she served as their Project Lead on Seattle Children’s Project Ascot, an outpatient surgery center, and the award-winning Building Care campus expansion, an 8-story diagnostic and treatment facility — both delivered alongside Seneca Group.
Kendall is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience leading complex, large-scale development projects across the US and Australia. She specializes in senior client relationship management, multidisciplinary consultant team oversight, cost reconciliation and GMP review, and budget, schedule, and risk management, with a leadership style grounded in collaboration and relationship-building.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Kendall spent years as Principal & a Healthcare Leader at ZGF, leading senior client relationships, project delivery across a portfolio of large-scale healthcare projects, and directly managing and mentoring large teams. Her project leadership includes the University of Iowa North Inpatient Tower, a 900K SF, 384-bed facility and the largest construction project in Iowa’s history, and Lurie Children’s Western Suburbs Hospital in Chicago, a $340M pediatric acute care facility.
Earlier in her career, Kendall worked across healthcare and higher education projects in Melbourne, Australia, serving as project architect, medical planner, and team leader on the New Bendigo Hospital, the largest regional hospital development in Victoria, delivered as a Public Private Partnership.
Kendall holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Planning & Design, both from the University of Melbourne. She is a licensed architect in the USA, APAC, and Australia. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
