About
JC is a Development Manager with more than 30 years of experience leading complex, multi-phase capital projects across corporate workplace, healthcare, education, civic, and mixed-use developments. His background spans architecture, real estate advisory, capital planning, and development management, enabling him to guide projects from early feasibility through design, construction, and occupancy. A trusted advisor to executive leadership teams and national clients, JC is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, mitigating risk, and aligning business objectives with successful project delivery. His collaborative leadership style, technical expertise, and strategic perspective help clients navigate regulatory requirements, stakeholder coordination, and critical project decisions with confidence.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, JC managed workplace and capital projects for Nestlé USA, where he led enterprise workplace initiatives, portfolio planning, capital investment strategies, and long-range facility planning. He advised executive leadership on feasibility, master planning, permitting, procurement, and project delivery while overseeing multidisciplinary teams and a multimillion-dollar capital portfolio. Earlier, he spent more than 7 years with Little, directing projects across healthcare, higher education, K–12, civic, and corporate sectors, with expertise in tenant improvements, building enclosure systems, due diligence, permitting, and construction administration.
Earlier in his career, JC spent 8+ years with Goettsch Partners leading large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments in Chicago and Shanghai. He began his career with Perkins & Will and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), where he developed a strong technical foundation in architectural design, project management, construction administration, building systems, and code compliance. This multidisciplinary experience continues to inform his strategic approach to development management and project delivery.
