David is an Associate Principal with more than 15 years of experience leading complex real estate portfolios, global capital programs, and strategic development initiatives. He specializes in helping executive leadership teams align real estate strategy with business objectives, guiding organizations through portfolio planning, capital investment, workplace transformation, and large-scale project delivery. Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to build high-performing teams, David helps clients navigate complex decisions while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, David spent more than 15 years with JLL, where he held progressively senior leadership roles culminating as Senior Vice President and Global Account Lead. He was responsible for the strategic oversight of a 75M SF global real estate portfolio spanning 5 continents, leading a multidisciplinary team of more than 90 project managers, workplace strategists, and sustainability professionals while directing more than $500M in annual capital investments. Earlier, he led JLL’s Maryland Project & Development Services practice, overseeing regional operations, developing client relationships, mentoring project teams, and delivering complex programs for clients across industrial, financial services, defense, higher education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

David’s expertise spans portfolio strategy, capital planning, program management, workplace strategy, sustainability, and complex project delivery.
