Claudia is a highly experienced Development Manager specializing in workplace strategy, project delivery, and real estate advisory services. She joined Seneca Group in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading and executing workplace projects ranging from small TIs to large-scale relocations and HQ projects. Her background spans both architectural and client-side roles, with project experience across law, technology, industrial, nonprofit, and professional services sectors. She offers deep expertise in real estate strategy, due diligence, and feasibility planning, and is known for effectively leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performing workplace environments. Claudia is particularly skilled in problem solving, process optimization, and building strong, trust-based client relationships.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Claudia served as a Design Manager at Gensler, where she led multidisciplinary teams delivering workplace interiors for clients including Bloomberg, Sodexo, GEICO, and Cadwalader. Her responsibilities included lease compliance, budget and schedule management, consultant coordination, contract negotiation, and executive stakeholder communication. Earlier, she held leadership roles with Cresa, The Ezra Company, and CallisonRTKL, where she partnered closely with brokers, landlords, consultants, and clients to deliver workplace projects across the legal, technology, industrial, nonprofit, financial, and professional services sectors.
Claudia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture & Design from George Washington University.
