Noah Martin

Development Manager

Noah joined the Seneca Group Team in 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience in construction and construction management to his Development Management role. Prior to joining us, Noah was a Senior Project Manager at GLY Construction, leading a portfolio of projects within the Interior Special Projects (ISP) Group. He led business planning and strategy, client relationships, business development activities, portfolio oversight and other critical functions in the success of the overall portfolio.

Noah is a 2023 graduate of the ULI Center for Leadership, has his AGC Lean Construction Certification, and is OSHA 30-Hour Certified. He has been a Team Captain for a National MS Society Bike team since 2014. He is also involved in NAIOP WA and DBIA.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from Washington State University. He holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development from University of Washington.
