Matt Blakeney

Associate Principal

Matt is currently delivering projects for Amazon in the greater Seattle area. Prior to joining Seneca in 2017, Matt was a Senior Project Manager for CBRE's large and special projects construction group on the Microsoft campus; a project manager for Seattle developer Pine Street Group and part of the development team that built the 654-unit Via6 apartment project; and a contractor at Turner Construction where he delivered industrial, medical and office tenant improvements along with large scale renovation projects such as the two-year Seattle Aquarium renovation and the three-year Pike Place Market renovation.

Matt received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
