Matt Allert

Associate Principal

Matt is responsible for delivering multiple tenant improvement projects in Seattle and Nashville, primarily for commercial office clients like Amazon. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Matt worked as a licensed architect, with over 11 years of experience in the design and management of commercial, educational, and cultural projects.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University and has certificates in Commercial Real Estate and Digital Design and Fabrication from the University of Washington.
