

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Seneca Group handled all negotiations related to the acquisition of the $15 million site downtown, which now houses Seattle’s acclaimed Benaroya Hall. Seneca also provided site selection and advisory services to the City related to the development of the new 2,500-seat downtown concert hall, 540-seat recital hall, and 400-stall below-grade parking garage.
