This recognition comes as ULI and PwC named Nashville the #1 Market to Watch for the third year in a row — and we couldn’t agree more. In May 2025, we opened our Seneca Group Nashville office, deepening our commitment to the region and positioning us to better serve our clients and projects.
And we’re just getting started — interior construction is now underway on Amazon’s Tower II, further expanding Amazon’s local presence. Targeted occupancy is expected in 2026, and we’re excited to continue supporting our client in bringing their landmark projects to life.
