We’re excited to share Seneca Group’s role in supporting Booz Allen Hamilton as the firm prepares to relocate its global headquarters to The Row at Reston Station in Reston, Virginia—the newest phase of Comstock Companies’ landmark Reston Station development.
Working in collaboration with BEAM Project Management, our team is leading the project management efforts to deliver a future-ready workplace that aligns with Booz Allen’s vision for innovation, talent development, and long-term growth. The new headquarters is designed to enhance the firm’s advanced technology work (including AI, cyber, and digital modernization) and provide flexible, next-generation spaces for its global workforce. The interior build-out is planned to begin in Summer 2026, with the headquarters opening in Fall 2027 and the McLean campus scheduled to be decommissioned in 2028. We’re honored to help bring this transformative headquarters to life and look forward to supporting Booz Allen throughout every stage of the journey.
