Elaine Wine, Development Manager
Elaine is a development manager with a passion for creating high quality inspirational building projects. She is a licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Project Manager with over 20 years of experience working on a range of projects with high end corporate clients, non-profit groups, and public agencies.
Prior to joining the Seneca Group, Elaine was the Director of Oversight with the Federal Transit Administration responsible for overseeing local capital project investments including Sound Transit's Link Light Rail and Columbia River Crossing. As a Senior Project Manager for Vulcan, she managed the design and construction of the Seahawks Headquarters and Training Facility and Qwest Field improvements. As a Project Architect, she assisted numerous clients including Microsoft, King County, Epic Systems, Good Samaritan Children's Hospital, and the University of North Carolina.
Elaine holds a BA in Architecture and Urban Studies from Lehigh University and earned a Certificate in Project Management and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. Elaine currently serves on the City of Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board and has been a past Board Member of the Ballard Avenue Landmarks Board, and AIA Seattle.
Elaine enjoys spending time outdoors in the Northwest including snowboarding, kayaking, and jogging.
