PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Starting in 2018, Seneca Group has provided development management services for Amazon’s commercial office projects in Arlington, VA. With a cumulative area of almost 900,000 square feet spread over five buildings, these projects have given Amazon the ability to move into the HQ2 region as they develop owned properties nearby. These Tenant Improvement projects include major programmatic components such as collaborative open office space, food service, coffee bars, conference centers, 24/7 operation spaces, bicycle parking, shower and locker facilities and network distribution.
