PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Thirteen-story historic Lord and Taylor Department store in midtown Manhattan, acquired in March of 2020 with an extensive core and shell oversight and adaptive reuse renovation program. Office fit-out included ten stories of typical office program, one below-grade training floor (SC1), one rooftop food service amenity floor with adjacent outdoor terrace and courtyard (L11/L12), and top floor events center (L13). Part of the fit-out scope included infrastructure for 30,646 square feet of ground floor future retail space plus an approximately 2,000 square-foot mezzanine.
