Mike Moriarty

Development Manager

Mike joined Seneca Group in 2022 after almost 30 years with Hines where he held numerous roles and served most recently as Director of Engineering. Mike spent his last seven years with Hines supporting Amazon’s Global Real Estate and Facilities team where he interacted regularly with the Seneca Group on commercial office and R&D facilities. Mike brings a tremendous depth of facility and property management expertise and endeavors to provide energy efficient, reliable and healthy built environments through proactive management. Mike is currently focused on the Amazon projects and programs, including sustainability, transition to operations, and building commissioning.

Mike attained a LEED AP O&M certification in 2011 and is a member of ASHRAE, NAIOP, NFPA and BOMA.
