Principal, Commercial Office/Tenant Improvement and Multi-Family/Student Housing Sector Leader
Laura has a breadth of real estate industry experience spanning development management, urban planning, feasibility assessment and acquisition/disposition analysis. She leads, or has led, projects for multiple Seneca clients including Alaska Airlines, F5 Networks, Isilon, Museum of Fight, Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences, Starbucks, Tommy Bahama and University of Washington. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Laura was a Vice President at Heartland and at Kinzer Real Estate Services.
She holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning & Real Estate Finance and a Bachelors Degree in Art & Architectural History, both from the University of Virginia.
She is Vice Chair of the Board of the Accelerator YMCA, serves on the Smart Growth Committee of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
