Managing Principal

Laura has a breadth of real estate industry experience spanning development management, feasibility assessment, due diligence, entitlements, acquisition/disposition analysis, and urban planning. Laura’s clients include Facebook, Alaska Airlines, Amazon, F5 Networks, Isilon, Museum of Flight, Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences, Starbucks, Tommy Bahama and University of Washington.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Laura was a Vice President at Heartland and at Kinzer Real Estate Services.

She holds a Master’s in Urban Planning & Real Estate Finance and Bachelor’s in Art & Architectural History, both from the University of Virginia.

She serves on American Cancer Society's CEO's Against Cancer Board, the Policy Committee of the Downtown Seattle Association, is a member of CREW, NAIOP and ULI.
