Josh Devenyns

Associate Principal

Josh is responsible for delivering multiple tenant improvement projects in Seattle and New York City, primarily for commercial office clients like Amazon. Prior to Seneca, he spent seven years as a Senior Project Manager with Cushman & Wakefield performing project management consultancy for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest, US, and Canada.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Willamette University and is a member of both NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.
