Jeff joined Seneca in 2005 and has 30 years of construction and development management experience. Jeff currently is the Principal overseeing the Amazon development of HQ2 in Arlington, Virginia. Jeff also provides leadership on the landmark Lord and Taylor building located in Manhattan, NY, which is being converted to Class A office. Previously, Jeff provided leadership for the development of over 5 million square feet of Class A office towers in Seattle’s Denny Triangle for Amazon.
Other past projects include work for the University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Starbucks, and Horizon House. Jeff’s prior experience includes project entitlement, master planning, strategic planning and development for a healthcare organization and construction project management.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
