Development Manager

Jack is responsible for the development of several commercial office tenant improvement projects for Amazon, including projects in Northern Virginia. Current responsibilities involve effectively managing the design and construction activities for two local projects: a 50,000 square-foot (SF) Amazon second-generation commercial tenant improvement (TI) and a 30,000 SF expansion project for Alaska Airlines flight simulator facility. Before joining Seneca Group, Jack co-founded a Commercial Real Estate technology company and was a commercial real estate broker at CBRE specializing in medical office space.

Jack has a Master’s in Real Estate Studies from the University of Washington Runstad Department, a Master of Business Administration from the Presidio Graduate School, and Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP Washington.
