Gina Grillo

Development Manager

Gina is currently engaged on a number of large commercial office tenant improvement projects for clients such as Amazon, primarily in Arlington, Virginia, and Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Gina was an Associate with Aedas, an internal architecture firm, where she participated in the design of numerous public, private, and institutional projects across the West coast.

Gina is a licensed architect. She holds a Master and Bachelor of Architecture, both from Arizona State University, and recently completed a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and Development from the University of Washington.
