Emily Evenson

RA, LFA, Development Manager

Emily joined Seneca Group in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience as an architect and a strong foundation in design, project management and client service. She excels in guiding complex projects – from conceptual design to final delivery - coordinating multidisciplinary teams while navigating the intricacies of client expectations and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Emily was a Sr. Project Architect & Senior Associate at Weber Thompson and held Project Architect roles at both NK Architects and SMR Architects.

Emily is an active leader in the AEC industry, serving on NAIOP WA’s Sustainable Development Committee and AIA WA’s Capitol Connections Group. She founded “Future Forward: Accelerating Change Together,” AIA Seattle’s Climate Summit program in 2024, was honored as the Housing Development Consortium (HDC) of King County’s Advocate of the Year in 2020. She also contributed to HDC’s Exemplary Buildings Task Force and served as past Chair and member of HDC’s Policy Advisory Group.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from University of Oregon
