Reeve is dedicated to fostering relationships and curating cohesive teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for clients. As a recognized thought leader, he is currently providing development management services for Amazon and MGM Studios. He has also provided strategic guidance to other prominent companies including Expedia and Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Over the past decade, Reeve has played a pivotal role in high-profile corporate office headquarters and large-scale production projects, totaling more than 8M SF of development. Reeve’s expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from site selection and entitlement to design, preconstruction, construction, and transition to operations. His holistic understanding of the project delivery process ensures success at every stage of the development.

Reeve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration from University of Colorado - Boulder Leeds School of Business and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado - Boulder.
