Ed Pietrusinski

Development Manager

Ed has recently joined Seneca Group and brings 6 years of construction and development experience. He is working on the delivery of several commercial office tenant improvement projects for clients such as Facebook. Prior to Seneca, Ed worked in New York City for an Owners Rep firm, Colliers International, where he was part of a team focused on large ground-up rehabilitation build outs and high-end luxury condos. Prior to Colliers, he worked as a general contractor for Brinkman Construction on an assortment of ground-up projects including commercial office, senior living, restaurants remodels, and medical office buildings.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in both Construction Management and Business Administration-Accounting from Colorado State University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
