Charles Shackelford

Development Manager

Charles is part of the Seneca team responsible for development of over 4 million square feet of office space for Amazon as part of the HQ2 project in Northern Virginia. Prior to joining Seneca, he worked as a development manager for Property Group Partners in Washington, DC.

Charles holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is a member of ULI and DCBIA.
