Her expertise extends to long-range master planning and entitlements, delivering large-scale shell and core projects for life science, healthcare, civic, and commercial office clients. Nick brings with him a wealth of experience to enhance the firm’s leadership. Since joining in 2014, Nick has provided upfront advisory and development management services for prominent commercial office, healthcare and education clients including Meta, Alaska Airlines, F5 Networks, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Providence-Swedish Health Alliance, and Seattle Academy. Nick, alongside Elaine Wine, co-leads the Mid-Atlantic office.
With 14 years of invaluable construction project management expertise, Blair has played integral roles in delivering prominent projects for Amazon and Expedia Group. His leadership spans the real estate development spectrum, from adaptive reuse to corporate office campuses and in-patient healthcare projects.
