Nick Diede

Principal

Nick has project delivery experience across multiple market sectors, including commercial office, education, healthcare and hospitality. Since joining Seneca in 2014, he has managed projects for Meta, Alaska Airlines, F5 Networks, Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences, Expedia, and Tommy Bahama. In addition to both core and shell and tenant improvement project management, Nick's areas of expertise include lease negotiation and transaction support, due diligence and feasibility assessment. Prior to Seneca Group, Nick worked at Heery International managing the delivery of education facilities.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
