Expedia's waterfront campus in Seattle was a 41-acre, ambitious adaptive reuse project that included 26 entitlements, heavy civil engineering, extensive collaboration with the City of Seattle and the Port. One of the first Major Phased Development agreements in the City of Seattle. Seneca Group was brought on early to translate Expedia's vision to all the project partners. Project included the complete horizontal campus and the Prow.
